I would use these recipes as a base, but I would replace the coconut water with whey water rendered from making yogurt or cheese out of raw cow’s milk (find a small dairy farmer with cows, preferably not Holsteins) . Whey water is so good for our system, rich in vitamins and can easily be used as a electrolyte replacement. Also, kefir water would be a nice addition to this mix, nice immune system booster . Himalayan salt is excellent for you as well. Stevia is the best choice for sweetener. Xylitol and Erythritol are made by a process of fermenting yeast and sugar, not good for your gut bacteria.

Don't Leave A Chink In Your Armor A post-workout shake without branched chain amino acids (BCAA's) is like a rock band without a drummer. Since these are the essential amino acids that the muscles cannot make themselves, supplementing with isolated BCAA's is great for boosting your body's recovery efficiency and protein synthesis.* Because BCAA's are limiting nutrients, deficiency can result in inefficient recovery, so keep everything in sync proper BCAA supplementation.

Honestly the best Protein shake I've ever tasted. It contains the right amount of carbs:protein for my body type, and doesn't have the awful artificial taste of other Protein blends i've tried (and i'm talking about the crap you buy in Holland and barrett/Tesco for way over the price).

I get an upset stomach with cheaper protein blends, and I'm absolutely fine with this. Also have seen good results over the past 3 months, really seen an increase in muscle mass and 6-8kg weight increase. So far have tried Banana, Strawberry and Chocolate Deluxe. Wanted White Chocolate next, so hoping you'll have more stock of this again soon? Again, top notch supplements, will be back time and time again.
